As there is a four-character idiom, the outer mind seems to connect with strong will and action, but in the end, it is easily cut off. So, you must connect the outside of your heart to the inside of your heart. And you must move your mind naturally. It's not easy to force the outside mind to connect to the inside.

For example, there are times when your stomach makes a "grumbling" sound. There's a medical result that this is not actually a hungry situation. The reason is that our body feels hungry when blood sugar drops and our intestines do not have enough nutrition. And the brain immediately signals the intestines to move. It is to release unnecessary gas and feces and to accept new food. Currently, as air moves from the top to the small intestine, a rumbling sound occurs. The longer the hunger time, the higher the proportion of air in the stomach, the louder the sound. As I just explained, it's the "rumbling" sound that's being issued due to lower blood sugar and a lack of nutrition in the intestines, rather than being hungry.
