How good would it be to lose weight while sleeping?

There is an old saying that sleep is the best medicine. That's how important sleep is to our lives.

As I lose my motivation mentally, I can't get out of my mind to rest. If you can't sleep and lack sleep time when you have to sleep like this, it's easy to gain weight due to hormones. Scholars have done a lot of research on how to sleep and the effect of sleep time on weight and have published a lot in papers and journals. In particular, it has been confirmed through various papers and experimental results that sleeping well by keeping the sleep method and sleep time is helpful for losing weight. There is an old saying that sleep is the best medicine.

Dieting is good, but I think it would be good to lose weight through effective sleep in a busy daily life, so I introduce it as follows. As losing weight while sleeping, the surrounding environment and habits act as many factors. First, it changes the surrounding environment to suit me. Choose a pillow that is lower than a high pillow to help you make the right posture. Also, since you sweat when you sleep, it is good to sleep with cotton blankets hot, which are good for absorbing sweat.

3. Sleep that makes you lose weight

In this case, chew gum before sleeping. If you breathe with your mouth, your stomach will come out, so close your mouth and chew gum for more than 30 minutes. Then, it's easy to breathe in your nose after you go to bed. When breathing through the mouth, oxygen is not transmitted deep into the body. This reduces the metabolic rate and prevents calories from burning while sleeping. Therefore, when you go to sleep, close your mouth tightly and make a habit of breathing through your nose.

3) Stimulating Capillaries in Bed

It stimulates capillaries just before going to bed to help improve blood circulation.

-. Toy hammer massage: There is a toy hammer among children's toys. Tap your whole body with a toy hammer. If you don't have a toy hammer, put a towel in your stockings and pat your body gently. Then the capillaries are stimulated.

Studies show that the more you sleep in the dark, the less likely you are to be obese.
