This is a blog that wants to create "a prosperous life" with you.
It becomes easier when you know human relationships. However, if you don't know, it will damage or poison. You can meet a good person, someone who blesses you. How can I do it?
1. What is a human relationship?
1) It is human-to-human interaction
Human relationships refer to interactions or relationships between people. This can take many forms: family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, work relationships, and interactions.
2) Human relationships are based on mutual trust
Human relationships include feelings and attitudes of mutual understanding, respect, trust, love, and support, and these relationships have a significant impact on an individual's happiness, success, health, and general social well-being.
3) Human relationships are communication
They need to communicate with each other to resolve conflicts, improve understanding, and strengthen their connection with each other. Good human relationships develop through appropriate listening, understanding, and respectful attitudes, strengthening mutual understanding, respect, and trust.
2. Human relationships are made in stages.
1) Human relationships are formed through certain stages
At first, superficial encounters occur between acquaintances, but as encounters increase, the relationship expands from public to private, sharing personal feelings and interests. And gradually it develops into an intimate relationship.
2) Human relationships begin with forming impressions
When you meet someone for the first time, impression formation is made to identify internal characteristics such as personality and taste, and this occurs through the process of interpersonal perception.
3) Based on the information obtained from the other party
The process of interpersonal perception is an inference process that forms an impression of the other person based on little information obtained from the other person. Therefore, some error is inevitable. Impression formation occurs faster than expected and is relatively accurate.
3. Importance of human relationships (Why should I meet a blessed person?)
1) Reciprocity principle
Philosophers often approach this problem using the concept of "reciprocity." This is the principle that if we show positive behavior towards others, they are more likely to show positive behavior toward us. Therefore, meeting people who give blessings has the effect of increasing the possibility of receiving blessings from them as well.
2) Human Nature
As social animals, we find our basic meaning of existence and satisfaction in our relationships with others. Blessing people allow us to experience positive emotions when we are with them and thus add terrific value to our lives.
4. Who blesses me?
1) Mentors who do not hesitate to find answers
These are often people who have had successful experiences in a particular field and are willing to share their knowledge, experiences, and insights. Mentors teach you how to deal with challenges and problems and help you achieve your goals more effectively.
2) People who have a positive influence
These are people who radiate positive energy to those around them. Their presence alone makes you happy, sparks your enthusiasm, and has the ability to find the positive in any situation.
3) Colleagues who join silently
Colleagues with the same goals provide opportunities to learn and grow together. They share experiences and knowledge and provide mutual support during challenging times.
4) People who show a new challenge
These are people who challenge your ideas and values. They often provide a distinct perspective that you do not see and can provide new perspectives and insights needed for personal growth.
5) Collaborators participating together
These are people with goals like what you are trying to achieve. Working together helps us leverage each other's strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve our respective goals.
6) Someone who understands my thoughts
These are people who try to understand your situation and feelings. They are non-judgmental, try to understand, and provide the comfort and support you need, no matter what struggles you may be experiencing.
7) Someone who knows how to be grateful
In any situation, if there is a person who appreciates the other person even for unimportant things and can express it in words, the habit of thinking changes positively.
8) Someone who knows how to compliment
Praise is a word that acknowledges the other person. Speech is an expression of the heart. A person who knows how to praise the other person draws empathy in any situation.
